I am passionate about engaging both the hearts and the minds of people in the workplace.  An an executive and leadership coach, consultant and educator, I partner with leaders, teams and organizations that are ready to achieve significantly higher levels of performance in ways that are healthy, meaningful, and sustainable over the long run.  I help leaders unlock the hidden assets within themselves and their teams--critical in these tough economic times.  My partnership with clients enable them to become more effective as individuals and team, improve communication, develop trust, strengthen cross-department alignment, grow confidence and willingness to stretch.

Prior to going out on my own, I served for over 25 years as an executive in charge of engineering, quality and product development functions in several Fortune 100 companies.  It was here that I experienced the extraordinary impact that confidence, teamwork, trust respect and sense of purpose can have on both individual lives and the bottom line of an organization.

I have a degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and have completed graduate work in Counseling Psychology.  I received my coaching certification from the Newfield Network and am credentialed through the International Coach Federation.

A long time Midwesterner, I made Edmonds my home last year.  I'm an avid reader, traveler, sailor, cook and home remodeler and am thoroughly enjoying exploring the farmer's markets, bookstores and exquisite natural environment around Edmonds.
