Since 1999, Mieko's Fitness has been the leading gym in the Edmonds area. With very cheap rates and state of the art exercise equipment from wall to wall, Mieko's is perfect for anyone who wants to get in shape or drop a few pounds. The atmosphere is great, supported by Meiko's incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
