The Edmonds Arts Commission will kick off the Summer Concert Series with The Whateverly Brothers on Thursday, July 11 in the Hazel Miller Plaza. It will be followed by a concert with The Syprographs on Sunday, July 14 in City Park.

The Whateverly Brothers – Thursday, July 11, 5:00 pm, in the Hazel Miller Plaza

“The Brothers”, Dan Roberts, Chris Glanister, and Matthew Moeller, have performed for many years as solo artists and members of obscure folk groups across the Pacific Northwest and now perform together as the Whateverly Brothers. Drawing from a rich and varied musical history, The Whateverly Brothers harken to the folksinger tradition that “No musical style is sacred.” The show begins at 5:00 pm in the Hazel Miller Plaza, located on 5th and Maple in downtown Edmonds. The Hazel Miller Concerts are generously sponsored by the Hazel Miller Foundation.

The Spyrographs - Sunday, July 14, 3:00 pm, in City Park

The Spyrographs are a five piece band from the Pacific Northwest that enjoy playing Spy, Pop, Surf and Bossa Nova hits of the 1960’s. Plan to dance to songs from the James Bond soundtracks, the go-go hits of Nancy Sinatra, songs by the Ventures, and the jet setting sounds of Sergio Mendes. The show begins at 3:00pm in Edmonds City Park, located at 3rd and Pine in downtown Edmonds. Bring the family, lawn chairs or blanket and join us for some great music and family entertainment. In the event of rain, the concert will be cancelled at 2:30 pm. The Concerts in City Park are sponsored by Acura of Lynnwood and Lynnwood Honda.
