Here Comes the Sun: Forecast Calls for Warm Weather in Edmonds
Temperatures are expected to reach 80 degrees in Edmonds by Monday.
Is summer finally here?
The recent rain and cool temperatures are expected to fade away by Friday, with weekend temperatures in the high-70s to mid-80s this weekend.
The warming trend will continue until at least Wednesday, with some forecasters predicting temperatures above 90 degrees in certain areas.
In Edmonds, the National Weather Service's forecast calls for daytime highs in the mid to high 70s on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures will climb higher next week, reaching 82 by Wednesday.
Forecasters have yet to say what's in store for the Fourth of July next Thursday.
