When & Where to Watch the Super Bowl in Edmonds? Check This Out
The brothers Harbaugh -- coaches of the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens -- square off at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, with the game on CBS, channel 7.
The SuperBro Bowl kicks off at 3:30 p.m. PST Sunday -- for the first time ever the two coaches are brothers! -- and you can bet that a lot of televisions will be tuned to CBS, Channel 7 hereabouts.
(Speaking of bets, the odds favor San Francisco over Baltimore by 4).
But you want to share the rah-rah, bend your elbow with your favorite on-tap ale and maybe see the brothers Harbaugh (John is head coach of the Ravens and Jim of the 49ers) duke it out on a big screen? There are plenty of spots in Edmonds to do just that.
Here are some ideas:
1. The Channel Marker offers big screens, more than a dozen brews on tap and -- just in case the game gets boring -- a killer view over Puget Sound. This spot is known as a great spot in town for game-watching. 170 Sunset Ave. S., 425-275-9590.
2. Rory’s of Edmonds Bar and Grill is a cozy, inviting place, also boasts great views and a fireplace in the center of a round table! It’ll be packed on Super Bowl Sunday, and offers several televisions and plenty of brews on tap. 105 Main St., 425-778-3433.
3. Hamburger Harry’s: Another spot with big screens, six of them at all angles, it’s offering $3 drafts during happy hour, which appropriately coincides with at least most of the game. And, of course, as the name implies, you can get a gourmet burger! 610 5th Avenue South, 425-776-6666.
4. A Very Taki Tiki: A sports bar with lots of screens, popular with the locals and known for cold beers and strong drinks. What more could a Super Bowl fan want? 518 Main St., 425-778-3548.
