Poll: Huskies or Cougars in the 2011 Apple Cup?

The Apple Cup is Saturday at Century Link Field in Seattle. It's East vs. West in a showdown that splits families.

It's a rivalry that splits families. Eastern Washington vs. Western Washington.

On Saturday, the Washington State Cougars (4-7) will travel to Seattle to face the Washington Huskies (6-5) in the annual rivalry that is the Apple Cup/

The game will be played at CenturyLink Field as the Huskies' home field is undergoing renovation.

In this longstanding rivalry, the Huskies lead the Cougars in their 103 matchups, winning 66 times while losing 31 times. There have been three ties.

Last year, Washington won 35-28 in Pullman, but WSU has had recent success in winning in Seattle.

The Huskies are led by quarterback Keith Price, who is battling injuries, which means backup QB Nick Montana play see some playing time. WSU will go with senior QB Marshall Lobbestael, who starred at Oak Harbor High School. The Cougars also feature safety Kyle McCartney, who starred at quarterback for Edmonds-Woodway High School.

The game begins at 4:30 p.m. and will be televised by Versus.
