Key Bank Opens Oct. 22 in Edmonds; Manager Is Named
Edmonds' newest bank replaces the former Shell gas station in Westgate.
Theresa Catt has been named manager of KeyBank’s new branch in Edmonds, which will have its grand opening on Monday, Oct. 22. The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m.
The branch, at 9930 Edmonds Way, is on the southeast corner of Edmonds Way (SR 104) and 100th Avenue West in Westgate. The site was most recently the home to a .
Catt has managed KeyBank’s SoDo branch since joining Key in 2008.
She began her banking career in 1996 with First Interstate Bank, which was acquired by Wells Fargo in 1997. She worked as a teller and later as a personal banker while attending Seattle Central Community College, where she earned an associate of arts degree in business. She later became a business specialist and branch manager.
Catt has lived in Shoreline for 37 years and is active in the community. She is involved in the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Lake City Chamber of Commerce and Northgate Chamber of Commerce.
She volunteers for Lake City Pioneer Days, trade shows and clean-up days to improve the environment.
