Want to Help? Puget Sound Bird Fest in Edmonds Looking for Volunteers

Want to help the premier Edmonds bird event this year?

The annual , a celebration of birds and nature, will be held Sept. 7-9.

Festival organizers are now looking for volunteers for Saturday, Sept. 8, for the registration table, kids activities, cleanup at the end of the day and and other tasks.

Meanwhile, the festival has selected Cheryl Long's "Snowy Owl" to adorn the , which will be available at the festival. Long is an artist with a studio in Kent.
