Men Try to Lure 12-Year-Olds into Vehicle, Couple Gets Physical Over Facebook Status – Edmonds Police Blotter

July 24

10:40 a.m., 456 Admiral Way, Male bitten by a dog at the Edmonds Off Leash Dog Park. Report for information, no suspect information at this time.

8:09 p.m., 23600 Hwy. 99, adult female contacted for jaywalking and arrested for warrant.

10:48 p.m., 20800 Hwy. 99, Stolen vehicle involved in a hit and run collision. Suspect flees and is captured a few blocks away.

July 23

6:21 a.m., 21603 84 Ave W, Damage to Chase Lake Elementary School.

9:40 p.m., 8400 block 188 St SW, Four teenagers contacted in a vehicle after the complainant stated they had been making obscene gestures and were telling out the car.

July 22

1:53 p.m., 7300 block 213 Place SW, GPS stolen from car parked at apartments after smashing open driver's side front window to gain access.

July 21

11:04 p.m., 7500 block 210 St SW, Homeowner returns from vacation to find that his front door had been broken open and a few items missing.

July 20

1:57 a.m., 7300 block 172 St SW, Juvenile drinking party results in arrests for minor in possession and furnishing.

11:12 p.m., 600 block Glen St, Unknown persons threw a large firework into the unlocked victim's vehicle, damaging it and its contents.

11:10 p.m., 22201 Hwy. 99, Man attempts to assault two in parking lot of Andy's Motel. Arrested for assaulting wife in motel room.

5:09 p.m., 8200 block Ballinger Way, A1 contacted and asked to leave property. A1 refused to leave and assaulted a police officer. A1 treated a Swedish Hospital and booked at Snohomish County Jail.

July 19

2:57 a.m., 16900 block 76 Ave W, Underage drinking party located after complaint of noise by neighbor. Kids turned over to parents. Ringleader was charged.

12:42 p.m., 21500 block of 73 Place W, Unknown suspect entered victim's apartment and stole an older laptop and her wallet.

7:50 p.m., 7400 block Mcaleer Way, Pipe bomb found by child and grandfather.

11:30 p.m., 21600 block 76 Ave W, suspect assaulted a nurse and visitor after being discharged from the hospital and waiting for a ride home.

July 18

9:51 a.m., 23200 100 Ave W, two subjects in a light grey SUV attempted to lure two 12-year-old boys into a vehicle. 12-year-olds fled without injury or futher incident.

3:13 p.m., 820 block Puget Drive, Boyfriend and girlfriend argue over Facebook status. Boyfriend steals package, girlfriend gets in his truck as he leaves. They return because she won't leave his truck and she slaps him and tears the buttons of his shirt.

6:55 p.m., 7700 block 216 St SW, Vacant house with property stored inside burglarized; no suspects.

7:59 p.m., 23700 96 Place W, An adult male arrested for assaulting his wife.
