Former Tully's in Edmonds to Get New Coffee Shop—Cafe Louvre
Also on the menu: pastries and sandwiches.
More information will be coming, but we can confirm that Edmonds is getting a new coffee shop.
Stephen Clifton, Edmonds' Community Services & Economic Development director, says a business license was filed Tuesday for Cafe Louvre, which will take the place of the former Tully's at 201 Fifth Avenue South.
Clifton said the Cafe Louvre, in addition to serving coffee—natch—will also offer pastries and sandwiches.

If the name is any indication, the coffee shop may have a French flair. The Louvre, of course, is the famous museum in Paris.
Tully's, which two weeks ago filed for bankruptcy protection, closed its downtown Edmonds store on Aug. 26.
