Edmonds Police Veteran Named New Public Information Officer
Sgt. Mark Marsh has been with the department for more than 31 years.
The City of Edmonds has announced that Sgt. Mark Marsh is the new public information office for the police department, effective today.
Marsh replaces administrative Sgt. Mike Blackburn, who is retiring at the end of the year.
Marsh has 33 years of police experience, more than 31 of those with the Edmonds police. He has experience in detective work, traffic, SWAT, patrol and most recently as the street crimes unit sergeant.
