Chase Bank Robbery Suspect Turns Himself In
Suspect walked into the Lake Forest Park Police Department after a search for him intensified.
A man suspected of robbing Chase Bank on Lake Ballinger Way in Edmonds has been arrested.
"Following the in Edmonds on April 13, detectives began receiving valuable information from the community that ultimately allowed them to focus on a likely suspect," said Edmonds Police Department Sgt. Mike Blackburn.
When the search for that suspect intensified, the 28-year-old Lake Forest Park man walked into that city’s police station and turned himself in, said Blackburn.

On Friday at 9:30 p.m., Edmonds Police officers arrived at the Lake Forest Park Police Department, where the suspected bank robber was taken into custody without incident.
That arrest also led officers to the suspect’s blue 1994 Mercury Tracer station wagon where it had been hidden in Seattle.

The suspect was later transported to the Snohomish County Jail, where he was booked on suspicion of first degree robbery.
