Caught on Camera? Edmonds Police Seeks Images, Video of Saturday Chase

Police are asking any residents who took pictures of videos of a chase near Main Street Saturday, May 11, to contact them and share the footage and photos.

The Edmonds Police Department is asking for assistance from the public.  On Saturday May 11, 2013 at about 2:40 PM, Edmonds Police were involved in an incident in downtown Edmonds off of Main Street involving a black Audi sedan. 

the man allegedly led officers on a short pursuit through the downtown area--repeatedly waving at his pursuers as he drove. Police eventually were able to block in the suspect's vehicle and take him into custody, and kicking out the window of a police cruiser after he was arrested.

During the incident and through its conclusion, police said several people were taking videos or pictures of the event.

The Edmonds Police Department is asking those citizens with video/pictures for copies of the videos/pictures to aid in their investigation of this incident.
