3-Year-Old Girl Pulled From Edmonds Pool on Saturday

The toddler was unconscious but breathing as she was transported to Harborview Medical Center.

A 3-year-old girl was taken to Harborview Medical Center on Saturday after being pulled from a pool in Edmonds.

Snohomish County Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes said medics were called to a private residence in the 10700 block of 226th St. SW at around 4:30 p.m. for a report of an unconscious child being pulled from a pool.

The toddler was not breathing when medics arrived, Hynes said, but first responders were able to revive her before she was transported to Harborview.

No further details about the incident—including the girl's current condition—are available at this time. Edmonds Patch will post any additional information as we receive it.
