It's no magic pill but it is common sense: to boost learning, boost physical activity. This is especially important for kids, but adults who add 60 minutes of physical activity a day to their lives have similar results.
Physical activity helps:

reduce stress, obesity and related health issues
promote a more positive attitude (better school behavior for kids)
create better productivity (in kids that translates to better grades)
Help yourself and the children around you by being a role model for better health. Get out there and walk, exercise your body, use weights, eat better. It will improve your ability to think and learn.
