WHAT IS THE CITY DOING ABOUT THE WATER PROBLEMS DAMAGING HOMES IN THE EDMONDS BOWL AREA?  PROPER DRAINAGE SYSTEMS HAVE LONG BEEN NEEDED. WHO DO WE CONTACT AND WHAT RESPONSIBILITY DOES THE CITY HAVE???
