Hail and Hearty in Edmonds

Although higher elevations experienced it, not much of the white stuff fell downtown.

Friday at 3:45 p.m. was a glorious time for weather-starved freaks in Edmonds.

Yes, we know we have weather around here. Gray skies, pitter-patter showers.

But real weather, such as thunder, sideways-rain and gale-force winds are pretty rare in our benign part of the world.

So the hail was pretty cool.
