National Finalists Named in Deck the House Contest

Thank you to all Puget Sound Patch readers who shared their holiday lights with us. Check out the local winners and vote for your national favorite.

As the holiday season winds down, you may be getting out for one last look at the holiday lights in town.

You can also see how your neighbors around Puget Sound, and across the country, dolled up their houses this year for Patch’s Deck the House contest.

Congratulations to local winners Tami Dunn of Enumclaw; Morgan Horne of Kirkland; Thomas Uhr of Sammamish; Tomi McGhan Budd of University Place; and Dana Lewis of Woodinville. Although they weren't chosen as national finalists, you'll want to see their beautiful home displays in the attached photos.

You can check out the 24 national finalists and vote for your favorite on the Deck the House Web site

All Top 24 finalists are guaranteed $500 to help pay those holiday-sized electric bills and a shot at winning a $100,000 donation for their public school district.

A special thank you to everyone who entered.

National voting started Friday at 6 a.m. You can vote once a day, every day, for your favorite. Voting ends at 9 p.m. on Jan. 8.
