Stroller Strides® is a fitness program for moms and the perk is you can bring your baby or babies in the stroller! The stroller workout combines power walking or jogging with the stroller and body toning intervals where we use the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. Your first class if free, so come try a class. You will love the workout and especially love the playtime afterwards. A little mommy time and a little baby play time!
