Painted Hills® Smoked Hamburgers

Every Thursday and Friday, Celtic Cowboy BBQ smokes up all natural, Painted Hills® smoked hamburgers.  We start with 6 oz of fresh ground beef, add a little of our (naturally) gluten-free beef rub and smoke them for 1 hour.  They taste like a burger straight off the campfire!  Add cheese, our home-cured Carlton Farms® all natural pork belly bacon or our famous smoked brisket chili on top to make it the best burger you've ever had!!!
