Fear is a natural response to living. However, we can be stopped from fulfillingour goals in life by simply not knowing how to manage our fears. We may be afraidof being hurt, or that we lack the skills we need. Perhaps we fear that our standards or principles are in danger of being compromised. One of the key ways for handling fear is to explore how our inner lives can help us manage fear. Our strength, courage, and resolve are within us, waiting to activated and grown.
