Conquer the Hill 5k

The inaugural Conquer the Hill 5k is set for Saturday, May 18 at 9am in Edmonds, WA.  This fun run/walk begins at Edmonds-Woodway High School Stadium leads participants down and then up the big Main Street hill and ends back at the stadium.  Awards will be given for the top overall runners, male and female.  Strollers are welcome. 


 


Register by May 13 for $20 per person early bird entry fee.  $30 per person after May 13.  Register today at www.getmeregistered.com (through 4pm May 17) or in-person at the Frances Anderson Center 700 Main Street Edmonds.  Race-day registration if space permitting.

Conquer the Hill 5k is held in conjunction with the Health & Fitness Expo which will take place from 9:30am-12:30pm at Edmonds-Woodway High School Stadium.  The Expo is FREE and open to the public.  Expo activities include Rubber Chicken Relays, soccer skills clinic hosted by SeaWolves Premier Soccer, cheer clinic hosted by UW cheerleaders and Sea Gals, interactive health and wellness booths and catch the 1pm SeaWolves Premier Soccer opening game.  Healthy brown bag lunches will be available while quantities last.  For expo or 5k information call 425.771.0268.  Hosted by Edmonds Parks & Recreation, Move 60!, Swedish Edmonds and the Edmonds Boys & Girls Club.
