Vendors Line Up for A Taste of Edmonds

Here's a peek of a few of the restaurants that will be serving up food at A Taste of Edmonds in August.

Vendors are signing on to sell their fares at this year's A Taste of Edmonds, and the current line-up includes both old favorites and new offerings.

The festival runs Aug. 12 to 14 and is hosted by the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce. A Taste of Edmonds will have over 30 food vendors, with selections including blackened salmon, crepes, ethnic cuisine, burgers, kettle corn, and deep fried Snickers bars.

Returning vendors from Edmonds include Scotty’s Northwest (serving blackened salmon, shrimp Caesar, and seafood chowder) and Kafe Neo (serving lamb, chicken, caesar or vegetable gyros, hummus, and baklava).
