Rain A Possibility for Monday, Says Weather Service

Enjoy your summer weekend. We could get a period of rain Monday through Tuesday.

Enjoying the weekend weather? Though conditions were summery today, you probably noticed the humidity. There's a reason for that.

After two days of temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s in and around Edmonds, National Weather Service meteorologists report that there could be a chance of rain late Monday morning through Tuesday.

According to the National Weather Service, a frontal system will approach the north coast Monday morning and bring clouds southward toward Puget Sound. The clouds will bring a "good chance of rain"—between 30 percent to 50 percent—with normal late-summer conditions returning by Wednesday and Thursday.
