Poll: What's Your Opinion of Occupy Wall Street Protests Around the State?

Demonstrators made their feelings known on Saturday.

The Occupy Wall Street protests against perceived corporate greed spread around the country and the globe Saturday, with a crowd of 3,000 to 5,000 reported in downtown Seattle.

Occupy Seattle participants in Seattle were protesting a wide range of causes, including war and Middle East policies, and supporting the right of those camping in Westlake Park, The Seattle Times reports.

About 400 people demonstrated in Tacoma, the News Tribune reports. Protests have also been held in Bellingham.

Protests also took place in Olympia, Spokane and in Vancouver, WA, where about 700 people demonstrated against what they described as undue influence by corporations in American life, The Associated Press reports.
