  • Why Go: This weekend is your last chance to catch the Driftwood Players production of Born Yesterday. We've heard nothing but great things about the play. So make some time catch the show and see what all the fuss was about before its too late. Can't make the 8 p.m. showings? Try the Sunday matinee at 2 p.m.

Edmonds Historical Museum - Carnegie Library Centennial

  • Where/When: 1 - 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday at the .
  • Why Go: If you decide to Come explore the pages of Edmonds’ history through libraries, books and printing at the Edmonds Historical Museum's current exhibit, Carnegie Library Centennial. Can't make it this weekend? You're in luck, the exhibit runs until July 17.
  • Pricing: Admission $2.00/adults and $1.00/students.

  • Why Go: While you're checking out the exhibits at the museum, don't forget there's the Edmonds Museum Garden Market going on just down the street. This Saturday will mark the final Garden Market of the season before it moves its location and becomes the Summer Market. So if you haven't been to the Garden Market this year, make sure to stop by on Saturday before it's gone.

  • Why Go: Looking for some tips to help you grow the perfect tomato this year? If so, you'll want to check out Sky Nursery on Saturday. Gardening expert Emily Wilkins will be on site to share her insider tips on everything from proper fertilizing to maximizing growth.

  • Why Go: The Shoreline Arts Festival is back and with more reasons to come then ever. This year, the festival will feature five main attractions including Cultural Rooms, the Shoreline Room Stage, Juried Art Shows, Artists Marketplace booths, the Showmobile Stage, and the Children’s Hands-on Art Arena.   • Where/When: Thursday through Sunday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.at , 14450 Woodinville-Redmond Road NE, Woodinville.
  • Why Go: The annual event is one of the most popular among quilters. Fabrics have been designed exclusively for the Western Washington Quilt Shop Hop by In The Beginning Fabrics and Clothworks.  Participating shops provide one piece of the Shop Hop theme fabric from In The Beginning, one piece of a coordinate fabric from Clothworks, and one fabric of shop’s choosing. As you travel on the shop hop, have your passport stamped at each shop and receive a kit for a quilt block that will include the block pattern created by the individual shop as well as the three fabrics. To be eligible for prizes, turn in a passport stamped by at least 16 shops in Western Washington by Sunday at 5 p.m.  You must be 21 years old to be eligible for prizes.
