  • Where/When: 1-3 p.m. on Saturday at the Wade James Theater.
  • Why Go: Help support several charities in Snohomish County this Saturday by attending the Edmonds Exchange Club's 8th annual Holiday Concert. The concert will feature the magic of Aaron Wheeler and performances by the Mountlake Terrace High School Jazz Ensemble, the Big Blue Ball Marimba Ensemble and the Sweet Adeline Quartet.
  • Cost: $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at Edmonds Bookshop, Edmonds Pharmacy, Nama's Candy Store and Pancake Haus, or at the door on the day of the concert. All proceeds go to programs of service in the South Snohomish area.

  • Where/When: 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. on Sunday at the .
  • Why Go: Christmas Belles will keep audiences of all ages entertained as an ailing Santa, a vengeful sheep and a reluctant Elvis impersonator spin this church Christmas pageant wildly out of control.
  • Cost: General Admission: $18.50; Seniors/Students/Military: $15.50.

  • Where/When: 3 p.m. on Sunday at the First Presbyterian Church in Everett. 
  • Why Go: Join the Pacifica Chamber Orchestra on Sunday as they usher in the holiday season with this Christmas Concert. They'll be playing favorites, everything from Bach and Scherrer to Mozart. There will also be a few sing-alongs that everyone can join in on.
  • Cost: Admission is free.

  • Where/When: 7-10 p.m. on Friday at the Seattle Art Museum in downtown Seattle.
  • Why Go: Visit the Seattle Art Museum this Friday night for a special Teen Night Out event. The first performances start at 7 p.m. with the Seattle Symphony Orchestra in the galleries and at 7:30 p.m. with the Garfield Drum Line in the Brotman Forum. At 8:30 p.m. experience a Mak Fai Lion Dancers performance and then at 9 p.m. be sure to check out local hip-hop sensations, the Blue Scholars!
  • Pricing: The event is free to all high-school-aged teens. Attendees much show state or high school ID.

  • Where/When: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 11 at in Lake Forest Park.
  • Why Go: The Third Place Commons Indoor Farmers Market is back and just in time for the holidays. Shop with your favorite farmers upstairs in the Commons, and find unique hand-made holiday gifts at the crafts fair on the lower lever of the Towne Centre. And while you shop, enjoy live music from the Minler Family Fiddlers from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and the Dickens Carolers from 1-2 p.m.
  • Cost: Admission is free.
