Halloween is the favorite holiday of branch manager Theresa Catt so she is delighted to have neighbors join her for the Halloween-themed party, which will feature a balloon specialist, face painting, Halloween-themed games and pumpkin decorating activities. Kids are invited to dress in costume.

In addition to entertainment and refreshments, the event will feature prizes that include a Samsung tablet, KeyBank gift cards and movie tickets.
