Low-Income Health Clinic to be Built on Highway 99 in Edmonds

The Community Health Center of Snohomish County is currently by Swedish/Edmonds on 76th Avenue West.

The Everett-based Community Health Center of Snohomish County plans to expand its Edmonds operations by moving to a new location, reports The Daily Herald.

The current location, near Swedish/Edmonds Hospital at 21701 76th Ave W., opened on Sept. 19.

The new 22,556-square-foot building will be located at 23300 Highway 99, north of 234 Street SW.

The two-story, $13 million medical clinic will serve about 11,000 low-income patients a year.

The nonprofit clinic will offer basic medical care and dental care, as well as having a pharmacy and providing limited child care, the Herald reports.
