A tradition returns to Edmonds this holiday weekend with the fifth annual Edmonds Sidewalk Sale and Treasure Hunt.
It begins Friday and continues through Monday, Labor Day.
With more than 30 businesses participating, there are steals and deals on everything from clothing to art to housewares.
You can hunt for deals and treasures by picking up a map and clues at participating shops. Completed entries are entered to win one of the prize treasure chests.
“The sidewalk sale takes place all around downtown Edmonds and a lot of the merchants and shop owners participate, and sometimes some of the restaurants do something special as well,” said Ruth Arista of , which will be participating in the event. “There will be tables of goodies on the sidewalks all around town in front of stores.”
