Edmonds Mural Society Looking for Donations for Three New Murals

You can donate Sunday at Manya Vee Selects on Main Street.

The Edmonds Mural Society is looking for donations to help pay for the this summer.

You can do so this Sunday at 3 p.m. at at 409 Main St.

"Any amount of cash will do," said Edmonds Mural Society member Jeff Stilwell, who founded the Mural Society in 2009 with his wife, Manya Schilperoort. They also own Manya Vee Selects. "We're not proud. However, giving at least $20 gets you a Mural Society membership with its bragging rights to friends that you helped raise these murals."

Stilwell says those who donate will not be buying from Manya Vee Selects. "They'll be giving money directly to the Mural Society for the murals."
