Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Supports Harbor Square Plan

The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Board has issued a statement following approval of the at the regularly scheduled Port Commission meeting last week.

“The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce is pleased the Port Commission approved the Harbor Square Master Plan because it reflects a transparent and methodical process to create a vision for sustainable economic vitality for the Edmonds community into the future.

“The Harbor Square Master Plan is a path forward, that strikes a reasonable balance between economic development while preserving the unique values of Edmonds. It is a long term plan that will create new business opportunities, jobs, and new revenues for the City.

“The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce support's the Port's process moving forward, and strongly encourages it's approval by the City Council later this year.”
