Tuesday at 7 p.m.Edmonds City Council meeting.

Wednesday, 7:30 a.m.—Chamber Wednesday Networking Breakfast featuring Edmonds Chamber Young Professionals Network. Fairwinds-Brighton Court, 6520 196th St. SW, Lynnwood. Upcoming: Nov. 7, Gary Gurvinder of Edmonds Liquor & Wine; Nov. 14, Juliana Van Buskirk of Kiwanis; Nov. 28, Erin Eddins, chair of the Chamber Advocacy Committee.

Wednesday—Edmonds Trick or Treat night from 5 to 7 p.m. at various locations downtown. There will be a costume contest for all ages, and local business will be giving out treats.
