Shred It! 1st Security Bank Has Recycling Day for Paper, Electronic Equipment

The event is Saturday at the newly remodeled bank on Edmonds Way.

Need to shred some documents? Or get rid of some old electronic equipement?

1st Security Bank has you covered. is participating in Shred-It Day this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Residents from Edmonds and surrounding communities can bring up to 10 boxes or bags of paper to be shredded. Documents will be shredded on site, while you watch.

On Saturday, as part of electronic waste recylcing, you can turn in TVs, computer monitors, laptops and cell phones for free. Other items are $5 to $20 per item.
