Your Choice: What Sandwiches Do You Want at The Cheesemonger's Table?

that owner Strom Peterson was moving , a staple at 405 Main St. in Edmonds, to a new location at Old Milltown.

It will open in July and be christened with a new name: The Cheesemonger's Table.

Peterson said back then that he wanted your opinion on what sandwiches he should continue to offer as he expands his menu. Now, on his Facebook page, Peterson is giving you that chance.

"Our outstanding selection of cheeses and charcuterie will share the table with sandwiches, salads, and more," Peterson writes. "What great sandwich from Olives Gourmet Foods do you want to see come back?" ().

The options?

• Parisian:(madrange ham, brie and butter of baguette)
• Albuquerque Turkey: (turkey, pepper jack, green chile, chipotle mayo, & +)
• Ranchero: (roast beef, cheddar, horseradish sauce, & + on sourdough
• Other?
