Voice, Dance and Guitar: The Elements of Flamenco Coming to EDCC

"3 Glorias: Flamenco en Vivo" features Saray Munoz, Pedro Cortes and Savannah Fuentes.

An evening of flamenco music and dance will be featured at on Oct. 22.

3 Glorias: Flamenco en Vivo is described as a tribute to the three core components of flamenco: voice, guitar and dance. The vocalist is Saray Munoz of Spain, guitarist Pedro Cortes and dancer Savannah Fuentes.

Munoz, a native of Madrid, has toured worldwide with flamenco artists such as Joaquin Cortes and Sara Baras.

Cortes is a guitarist and composer who comes a family of Spanish Gypsy guitarists and has performed since age 17.

Fuentes is a Seattle native who is producing the show.

Munoz and Cortes will be available to teach private and group classes in Seattle October 25. Contact Savannahflamenco@gmail.com for more information.

3 Glorias: Flamenco en Vivo is Oct. 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Edmonds Community College’s Black Box Theater. Tickets, which are $12-$25, are available through Brown Paper Tickets.
