Little Free Library Update: At Least 4 in Edmonds

Libraries on Talbot Road and Maple Street are not yet registered with the Little Free Library Web site.

Editor's note: We found another one.

The number of Little Free Libraries in Edmonds keeps growing.

Thanks to Edmonds Patch reader Crane Stavig, who let us know that there another Little Free Library in Edmonds. It's on Talbot Road in north Edmonds.

There is also another on Maple Street.

The confusion results from the fact the Little Free Libary Web site does not list the two other sites, although they have official plaques on them.

It's up to the creator of each library to register the completed project. It could also be that the Web site has not added them yet.

The Talbot Road site is No. 2108, says Stavig, which means it was the second in Edmonds. It was built by Barney and Diane McClure. (Thanks to Patch reader Debbie Ewing Duvall for the tip on the name.)

The other Little Free Library is located at 944 Maple St. It's outside a residence and was built by Frank Licata. (See story in Edmonds Beacon.)
