Get Your Dancing Queen On: 'Mamma Mia!' Singalong Coming to Edmonds

The 2008 movie will be shown April 15 at the Wade James Theater. Disco attire is encouraged.

There's no denying the appeal of Mamma Mia!, the story of a bride-to-be trying to find her real father told using hit songs by the popular '70s group ABBA. A recent one-week run of the stage version in Seattle was sold out.

If you missed those shows, or if you took one in and want more, you'll want to be at the Wade James Theater in Edmonds, , on April 15.

The 2008 movie version of Mamma Mia! movie will be presented karaoke-style, with lyrics flashed at the bottom of the screen to help you sing along.

The movies stars Amanda Seyfried, Meryl Streep, Christine Baranski, Julie Walters, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skarsgård.

Mamma Mia! will screen April 17 at 7 p.m. at the Wade James Theater, 950 Main St, Edmonds. Tickets are $10. For more information, call 425-774-9600.
