Join Snohomish County PUD on Earth Day, Friday, April 22, to learn more about how to reduce your environmental impact, use energy more responsibly and save money.

Discover what the PUD is doing in the areas of green energy, conservation and environmental stewardship. The free event will feature:

  • A light bulb exchange – turn in your incandescent bulbs for free compact fluorescentlight bulbs and LED nightlights (while supplies last, limit of five bulbs)
  • A plant sale featuring flowers and plants grown locally by high school students
  • Fun, energy-related games, including Time to Play bingo!
  • A chance to see the PUD’s new hybrid service truck
  • Showings of assorted PUD videosBooths featuring PUD programs, including conservation efforts
  • Information about green energy sources as part of the utility’s Integrated Resource Plan
