Edmonds Third Thursday Art Walk Celebrates 10th Anniversary Tonight

In addition to exhibits and lives music, there will be painting and woodworking demonstrations at four locations.

The Edmonds Third Thursday Art Walk, which is today from 5 to 8 p.m. at various locations downtown, is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

by Jeff Stillwell and Manya Schilperoort, owners of Manya Vee Selects, the art walk now attracts up to 600 visitors, who tonight will be able to partake in arts, entertainment, tastings and demos at 41 locations.

Highlights today include painting demonstrations at Manya Vee Selects and Autumn's Framing; a watercolor demonstration at Aria Studio Gallery; and wood turning at Xavier Salazar Woodturning.

Entertainment includes musical oldies by the Boys at Fabric of Life, piano by David Little at Edward Jones and music from Ron Dalton at Wells Fargo Advisers.
