Cascade Symphony Presents 'Brahms' Fourth' Monday in Edmonds

The concert will feature violinist Emma McGrath.

Edmonds' Cascade Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of music director Michael Miropolsky, will present "Brahms' Fourth" Monday at the .

The concert will open with "Overture to West Side Story" by Leonard Bernstein. British violinist Emma McGrath, associate concertmaster of the Seattle Symphony, will then perform Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E minor.

Brahms' dramatic "Fourth Symphony" will conclude the concert.

The Cascade Symphony Orchestra performs Monday at 7:30 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N, Edmonds. Tickets are $25, $20 seniors, $15 students and $10 for ages 12 and under. For more information, call 425-275-9595 or go to the ECA website.
