The small landscaped park offers a prominent location visible to people taking the Edmonds-Kingston ferry. The area available for the installation is about five-feet by five feet, with a circle diameter  or 11.5 feet.

The site was the former location of Seattle artist Gerard Tsutakawa’s 15-foot Standing Wave. It was there for seven years before being in late June at the north end of the new Sound Transit Edmonds Station.
