'Winters of Yesteryear': Edmonds Museum Debuts New Exhibit Today

The show includes vintage skis, sleds, ice skates, and historic photographs from the museum's collection.

Winter comes early to the Edmonds Historical Museum with the opening of its new exhibit, "Winters of Yesteryear,” today. The exhibit runs through Jan. 27.

"Winters of Yesteryear” features vintage skis, sleds, ice skates, and historic photographs from the museum’s collection.

From the Big Snow of 1916 to today, visitors can explore how locals have experienced the winter season—how they’ve talked about it, prepared for it, dressed for it, played and competed in it, and now remember it.
