Featured Blogger: Dr. Gregory Jantz Embraces Mental Health Issues

This week we'd like to feature longtome Edmonds Patch blogger Dr. Gregory Jantz. He's contributed his expertise in the mental health field to our Local Voices for more than a year and a half.

Dr. Jantz, Founder of The Center for Counseling and Health Resources, Inc., has blogged about a number of topics from parenting teenagers to social media addition and impulse control.

In his latest post, Dr. Jantz shares an expert from chapter three of his book, Battles Men Face: Strategies to Win the War Within.

 "Men are very tied to their loved ones, yet they are also tied to their anger and have difficulty letting it go," he wrote.

In this excerpt, he lists 32 ways to recognize anger so the feeling can be deal with in a more health way.
