GET THE MOST OUT OF
SUMMER JOB FAIRS
ALSO: AVOIDING JOB SCAMS

It’s here, folks – the time of year when Job Fairs from all over the Puget Sound set up, take names, and get moving with employers fishing for the best candidates. These employers also make mental notes of who gives the best impression and worthy of follow up. Let’s map out what’s happening in the coming months and share some tips on stepping out the right way.

Also, job scams are proliferating. Desperate job seekers appear to be good targets for the human predators who do these things, so keep your antenna up and polish your scam-avoidance skills because the predators are getting better, too. I’m launching an iced tea program, so please come by and help experience how this goes!
