Pride Day @ Driftwood

Sat and Sun Aug 10-11 you may have driven by the Wade James Theater and seen lots of activity inside and outside the theater.  You also would have seen the BIG dumpster sitting in the parking lot next to the theater.  That dumpster was chuck full of stuff by Monday morning.  We had a stream of volunteers helping clean, discard, inventory, and organize the theater.  We painted rooms, stained the benches outside, washed floors, and worked our hands to the bone.  All of this was done in celebration of our first Pride Day at Driftwood.  The first of many we hope!  Thanks to all the volunteers who gave generously of their time and did whatever task was assigned to them!!!!!!
