Grand Re-Opening Slated for Thrift Store at Edmonds Senior Center on May 21st

The little store that could, the Thrift store located in the Edmonds Senior Center, will be hosting a grand re-opening and ribbon cutting on Wednesday, May 21st at 10am. The thrift store was closed for 10 days while new flooring was installed and walls were moved and given fresh paint. The re-newed store is now very spacious and open. Come find some treasures down by the beach and enjoy refreshments! Run solely by volunteers, the Edmonds Senior Center thrift store is responsible for 25 percent of the center’s annual budget. As a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, your donations to the center and thrift store are tax deductible. The thrift store, located at 220 Railroad Ave just south of the ferry dock, is open Monday through Friday from 10am – 3:30pm and Saturdays from 11am to 4pm.
